Lars P. Krause is the founding member of Dresden’s DOUZE printshop, and has been making posters since 1995. In Germany, there are only a few poster designers out there, and Lars is among the finest that can be found among the pools of talent on both sides of the Atlantic. DOUZE designs and prints shirts, labels, and posters for hundreds of bands, including Queens of the Stone Age, Eagles Of Death Metal, The Mars Volta, Rage Against the Machine, and Band of Horses. Lars’ SNS design was handpulled in the USA by Steve Walters of seminal Chicago printshop Screwball Press, where none other than Jay Ryan cut his teeth at the art of screenprinting.

In its second year, the Screens 'N' Spokes benefit art show is up at Mugshots CoffeeHouse and Chapterhouse Cafe & Gallery in Philadelphia, PA and MilkBoy Coffee in Ardmore, PA (through Sept. 30)
